Cladded Ring

The design of the ring was inspired by the leftover parts from an architecture model I was making. The architecture project had a wood cladded wall with a specific pattern of the wood panels.

The ring follows the pattern of the cladding from the project, it has different sized wood panels that are also variously spaced from each other. The pieces were panted in such a way so that the ring looks different from all angles. The biggest difference is in the front (top view) and the side views. Everything seen from the top view has a matt black finish, while the sides of the wood panels have various metallic finishes. 

The materials used are bijou and wood.
